I've come to grow fond of my city (Brooklyn), and i think there's a lot of good things about america. i don't think it's the best country in the world simply because i have yet to see the rest of it.
having said that, the fact that we in the US still don't have universal healthcare is fucking depressing, even more so considering we could EASILY afford it, 1% of what this country spends on defense should do the trick.
Alas this is not about politics, my best friend Maya has run into an emergency dental situation, she's one of the most talented artists i know and like many of us freelancers in the US she does not have health or dental care. h

MoCCA 2010!!! Who's Coming?
I know its short notice but.. Anyone going to the MoCCA Festival Tomorrow? (10th) I'm sharing a table with my awesome artist friends, i'll be selling the comic Compilation we made, as well as a small handmade artbook and comic i made exclusively for this event all for cheap!!
Anyone else who has a table there let me know so i can come check your stuff out!
